Cervus Leadership Consulting is founded by Chris Mumford. Chris has an extensive track record in advising the global hospitality sector in the areas of leadership and talent. He works on behalf of brands, operators, family offices, private equity, and sovereign wealth funds across the Hotel, Casino, Serviced Apartment, Hostel, Branded Residential, and operational Real Estate sectors.
Active throughout EMEA, Asia and the Americas, Chris is a frequent speaker and author on human capital issues in the hospitality industry. A member of the International Society of Hospitality Consultants, Chris is a promoter of hospitality as a career choice and an active advocate for greater diversity in the workplace.
Chris also serves as Head of Leadership Services on behalf of HoCoSo, a multi-discipline hospitality consulting firm, and is board advisor to LHC International, a multi-sector recruitment firm. Having lived and worked in Germany, Japan and New York, Chris now resides in London with his wife and two sons and is passionate about anything that goes fast on four wheels.
